Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Converge (“the Service”). By creating an account, joining a meeting, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.

Converge helps people coordinate meeting times, collect availability, and organize meetups. We may add, change, or remove features over time. Some features are free and others require a paid plan.

• You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You’re responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
• You may use Converge as a guest without an account; guest data lives on your device until you create an account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to use Converge.

You agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or send spam, harassment, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use the Service to store or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abuse AI, invite, or messaging features (e.g. bulk unsolicited invitations).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Stripe) on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• Purchased AI credits never expire; monthly included allowances reset each period and don’t roll over.
• We may change prices with reasonable notice, effective at your next billing cycle.

You keep ownership of the content you create in Converge (meetings, notes, messages, tags, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You’re responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to share it.

Optional AI features (like Compose and tag suggestions) generate drafts to help you. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete — please review them before relying on them. You’re responsible for what you choose to create with them.

Converge integrates with third parties (e.g. Google Calendar, Stripe, maps). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that best-time suggestions will suit every situation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Converge and its providers won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if you’re on a free plan, a nominal amount). Some jurisdictions don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

You can stop using Converge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
