Compose is our AI meeting drafter. Describe a meeting in plain words, paste an email thread, or drop in a screenshot, and it pulls out the people, place and time into a draft you can tweak before scheduling. It already reads your calendar and availability for context, and you can pull in a contact, a saved group, or @ a past meeting to reuse its details — all inside the chat.

GuestsDo participants need an account?

Nope. Anyone with the invite link can mark their availability as a guest — no sign-up, no download. You can invite one person, paste an email list, or drop in a saved contact group. Accounts are only needed if you want to save and manage meetings.

CalendarDoes Converge sync with my calendar?

On Pro and Org, Converge syncs read-only with Google Calendar — it reads your events so it knows when you're busy, and never writes to or changes anything. (We only sync with Google.) Separately, on any plan you can add a confirmed meeting straight to Google or Outlook, or download an .ics file.

Time zonesHow does Converge handle time zones?

Every participant sees times in their own local zone automatically. Behind the scenes we align everyone to a shared window, so the best time is always correct for each person — and Compose reads your zone so AI drafts land at the right hour.

PrivacyIs my data private?

Yes. We don't track you, run ads, or sell your information. Your meetings and availability are yours — export or delete them anytime.

Absolutely. Set a meeting to in-person, drop a location on the map, and Converge handles the time coordination just like it does for virtual calls — Pro and Org even show a 16-day weather forecast right on the page.

Pro ($9.99/mo, or $6.69/mo billed annually) gives you unlimited meetings, up to 20 participants, 2-month scheduling, read-only Google Calendar sync, image sharing, and 100 AI Compose credits a month. Org ($29.99/mo, or $19.99/mo annually) raises that to 60 participants, a full year of scheduling, 200 AI credits a month, and recurring meetings that repeat daily through yearly.

CreditsHow do AI Compose credits work?

Compose (our AI meeting drafter) runs on credits that meter actual usage — a typical draft costs about 10 credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance that resets each month (50 Free, 100 Pro, 200 Org), and you can top up with more anytime. Purchased credits never expire.
