Delete your account
You’re always in control of your data. You can permanently delete your Converge account — and everything tied to it — at any time, right from the app. Here’s exactly how, and precisely what gets removed.
How to delete your account
- Step 1
Sign in and open your Profile
Log in to the account you want to remove, then open your Profile from the avatar in the sidebar (or use the button below).
- Step 2
Open Account → Delete Account
In your Profile, scroll to the Account section and choose “Delete Account.”
- Step 3
Confirm
Confirm in the dialog. Deletion runs immediately and permanently — there’s no undo and no recovery window.
What the deletion removes
Deletion is a full erasure, not a deactivation. We remove every record keyed to your account across our systems:
Profile & identity
Your account, name, email, profile photo, and login credentials.
Meetings you organized
Every meeting you created — along with its messages, shared notes, participants, and collected availability.
Your participation & availability
Your participant entries and the availability you marked in meetings other people organized.
Contacts & groups
Your saved contacts and contact groups. You’re also removed from any other user’s groups.
Calendar connections
Any connected Google Calendar, its access tokens, and the read-only busy times we cached.
Notifications & preferences
Your notifications and notification/reminder preferences.
AI credits & history
Your Compose AI credit balance, ledger, and usage history.
Referrals
Referral records tied to your account (as referrer and referred).
Subscription record
Your plan/subscription row is removed after auto-renewal is cancelled (see below).
If you have a paid subscription
Before your account is removed, we automatically cancel your subscription so it won’t renew and you won’t be charged again. Deletion happens right away and doesn’t issue a refund for the current billing period — you keep access to what you already paid for only up until the account is deleted.
Immediate and irreversible
Your data is deleted from our live systems as soon as you confirm — there’s no grace period, so please export anything you want to keep first. Any residual copies in encrypted backups age out on our provider’s normal backup rotation and are not restored to the service.
Used Converge as a guest?
If you joined a meeting without creating an account, you’re a guest — we only hold the name you entered, an optional email if you added one, and the availability you marked. To have that removed, email us from the address you used (or with the meeting link) and we’ll delete it for you.
Can’t access your account?
If you can’t sign in, or you’d rather we handle the deletion for you, email privacy@mail.convergemeetings.com from your account’s email address and we’ll verify and delete your account.
