Common questions

Do the people I invite need an account?

No. Anyone with the link can open the meeting, enter a name, and mark the hours they’re free. Accounts are only needed to create meetings and to use AI Compose.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are managed by Apple: open the Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Converge. Subscriptions bought on the web are cancelled from your profile page. Cancelling stops the renewal; you keep the paid features until the period you already paid for ends.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Settings → Delete account. On the web, the same control is on your profile. Both remove your meetings, availability, messages and profile, and take you out of other people’s contact groups. See the account deletion page for exactly what is removed and when.

Someone is misusing a meeting I’m in. What do I do?

Meetings are invite-only — there is no public feed and no way for a stranger to find one. If an organizer needs to remove someone, that control is on the meeting screen beside each participant. To report content or a person to us, use the form above (pick Report a Bug and say what happened) or email support@mail.convergemeetings.com. We review reports and can remove content and suspend accounts.

Does Converge write to my calendar?

Only when you ask it to. Calendar sync is read-only — it reads when you are busy so it can grey those hours out. Nothing is written to your calendar unless you tap “Add to calendar” on a confirmed meeting.

A privacy or data request

Email privacy@mail.convergemeetings.com — access, correction, export and deletion requests all go there. The privacy policy lists what we collect and who processes it.
