Meeting Time Zone Planner
Scheduling across time zones means someone always does the mental math — and someone always gets it wrong. Search for any city in the world, line everyone's local time up on a single grid, and rearrange or swap cities as your group changes.
Working hours are shaded and the best overlap is picked for you — hover to preview any hour, click to pin it, then copy the times or share the whole lineup as a link. Free, no signup, no math.
Search any city in the world, not a preset list. The top row is home — it sets the day everyone else is measured against.
Working hours are shaded and the best shared hour is picked for you. Hover any hour to preview it, click to pin it.
Copy everyone's local times in one click, or copy the link — the URL carries your whole lineup.
How does the time zone planner work?
Search for each city or time zone you care about — any city in the world, not just a preset list. The grid shows what local time it is in every location across a 24-hour span, shades everyone's working hours, and highlights the hour that overlaps for the most people. Hover any column to preview it, click to pin it, and copy everyone's local times in one click. You can rename, reorder, or swap a city at any point, and the URL always reflects your lineup, so sharing the link shares the plan.
Does it handle daylight saving time?
Yes. Local times are computed with each zone's current daylight-saving rules, so the overlap you see is accurate for the date shown.
Is it free?
Completely free, and there's nothing to sign up for. When you're ready to actually collect everyone's real availability (not just working hours), that's what Converge does — free too.
